Jenniffer is our Center Director. Currently she is and has been the Center Director of Mia’s Family Daycare for 8 years. She holds a level 16 Wisconsin Registry Certification.
Jenniffer originates from Honduras. She has one daughter who is her inspiration and motivation for the daycares she runs. On her free time she likes to read and would consider herself a foodie.

Nelly has been with the team since the daycare opened November 2023. She is continuing her education in Child Care at Madison Area Technical College.
Nelly originates from Michoacan, Mexico. Her and her husband have 3 kids. On the weekends she enjoys spending time and going out to eat with her family.

Coraima is 27 years old and originally from Colombia.
A proud mother of three children, she moved to the United States with her family. She is currently studying Early Childhood Education at Madison College.
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Josselin is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, and brings over five years of experience working with preschool-aged children. She holds a teaching credential and is currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
Josselin is passionate about fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment, and she truly enjoys working with preschoolers, supporting their growth and development during these important early years.
Damaris is originally from Guatemala. She is a devoted mother who loves spending her free time with her daughter, cherishing every moment they share together. With a background in education from her home country, Damaris has always had a deep passion for working with children. This love for teaching and nurturing young minds led her to become one of the preschool classroom assistants, where her warmth, dedication, and caring nature shine through every day.
Angeles has been with the team since August 2024. She is the assistant teacher in our Elefantes classroom. She is currently is continuing her education in Child Care.
Angeles originates form Puebla, Mexico. On her free time she likes to write, read books and go on long walks.

Nancy joined the team in January 2025 as the assistant teacher for the Elephants room. She is continuing her education in child care.
Originally from the U.S., Nancy lived in Mexico for 15 years.
In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, drawing, coloring, going for walks, and watching movies.

Elizabeth aguilar montes is originally from mexico. Elizabeth is a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong passion for working with young children. They demonstrate a natural ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports early learning and development. Although this will be their first experience in a daycare setting, Elizabeth shows great enthusiasm for gaining hands-on experience and continuously improving their skills. Their reliability, positive attitude, and warm personality make them well-suited for working with our children.

Valentina is originally from Colombia and is a highly dedicated and caring teacher who shows great kindness toward children. She is the mother of two daughters and loves spending quality time with them and her family. Valentina is a qualified professional who approaches her work with commitment and passion, always striving to support and nurture the children she teaches.

Cynthia is a joyful and dedicated individual who expresses her love and commitment through her work with children. She is passionate and patient when teaching, always striving to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Her creativity allows her to connect with children in meaningful and inspiring ways. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Cynthia is currently pursuing her studies in Early Childhood Education, where she continues to develop her skills and deepen her passion for helping young learners grow.
